    Honey Grove, Texas -- The Honey Grove Warriors jumped out to a 5-1 lead in the first inning and continued to pull away for a 17-2 win over the Dodd City Hornets. Dodd City's Weldon Garner had the Hornets' only hit in the game and drove in one run. Brody Lappin also had an RBI. Gavin Shindler and Riley Walker scored for Dodd City. For Honey Grove, Austin Freeman went 2-for-2 and drove in four runs.

    Tioga, Texas -- The Dodd City Hornets took an early lead in this contest before a pair of eight-run innings by Tioga propelled the Bulldogs to a 15-run victory. Dodd City took a 2-1 lead into the top of the second inning where the Hornets picked up a run to go up 3-1. The lead vanished when Tioga scored eight runs in the bottom of the second and then put another eight runs on the scoreboard in the third inning. The Bulldogs tacked on a final run in the fourth frame to post an 18-3 win.
