Social Movement Studies
Social Movement Studies is a global, multidisciplinary journal that serves as a platform for scholarly discussion and analysis of political, cultural, and social movements that occur outside of traditional parliamentary structures around the world. The journal welcomes a wide range of perspectives, encouraging submissions that explore the origins, evolution, organization, values, contexts, and effects of both historical and modern movements from all regions. Our inclusive approach values contributions that engage with specific theoretical frameworks related to social movements and popular protest, as well as those that traverse multiple academic disciplines. Social Movement Studies is committed to publishing well-researched insights and aims to reaffirm writing as a form of intervention. From this comprehensive standpoint, we seek articles that focus on social movements, popular protests, and the networks that support these actions.

Methods Boron phenylalanine (BPA)-modified polydopamine (PDA) was used as a carrier to load Danu, preparing B-PDA@Danu nanoparticles.

AbstractBackground Cuproptosis, a copper-induced form of programmed cell death, has been implicated in the pathogenesis of acute kidney injury (AKI) and sepsis. Reduced glutathione (GSH), a potent antioxidant, exhibits both anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidative properties. However, its potential role in modulating cuproptosis in AKI remains unexplored. This study investigates the effects of reduced GSH on cuproptosis in a sepsis-induced AKI mouse model.
