It is affiliated with Fox and is based in Bangor, Maine, serving the Central and Eastern parts of the state. Both stations operate from the same studios located on Target Industrial Circle in West Bangor. Additionally, viewers can watch WFVX in high definition on the second digital subchannel of WVII-TV, and WVII-TV is also available on WFVX's second digital subchannel.

WESLEY - One person died and 3 others were injured after a crash in Washington County. Hancock County Sheriff's Lt. Dakota Dupuis says a little after 6:30 Saturday night a deputy was conducting traffic enforcement on Route 9 in Aurora when he saw a vehicle with mechanical defects traveling in the oncoming lane above the posted speed. Dupuis says the deputy attempted to stop the car and it came to a brief stop before the driver accelerated rapidly and fled.

AUGUSTA - A consumer protection bill aimed at helping people buying event tickets has passed committee in the Maine Legislature. Senate President Mattie Daughtry sponsored the bill which she says would regulate speculative ticket sales and the deceptive use of URLs and bots to circumvent online sales limitations. She says the bill would also guarantee price transparency by requiring event ticket sellers to clearly disclose all fees upfront.

READFIELD -- Two people died after a vehicle crashed into a tree and burst into flames. Kennebec County Sheriff Chief Deputy Chris Read say it happened on Main Street in Readfield just before 1am on Monday. Read says it is believed the SUV is the same vehicle is the same one that passed a state trooper on the North Road in Readfield earlier traveling in excess of 70 miles per hour.
