WHDT, known on-air as Florida 24 Network or FL24, is an independent television station that focuses on news and is licensed to Stuart, Florida, serving the West Palm Beach region. The station is owned by the E. W. Scripps Company, which also owns NBC affiliate WPTV-TV (channel 5). Additionally, Scripps provides specific services to Fox affiliate WFLX (channel 29) through a shared services agreement with Gray Television. Both WHDT and WPTV share studio facilities located on South Australian Avenue in downtown West Palm Beach, although the mailing address is listed as Banyan Boulevard, also referred to as 1st Street. WHDT's transmission equipment is situated near Wellington, just west of US 441/SR 7.
