    A resident in the area is praising firefighters for the quick action on a blaze north of Kelowna's airport. "A little bit of panic," Caroline Ivens told media when asked her initial response to hearing about the fire so close to home.     Two Cariboo Archers travelled to Calgary to compete in the Canada Cup (West) Target Championships May 31 and June 1. Lily and Cara Fraser, the mother-daughter archery enthusiasts shot a 72-arrow round at 50 meters and their scores were used to rank them for the playdowns. Lily Fraser had 20 competitors in her category and some of them were required to attend this competition to be evaluated for Team Canada for the upcoming World Youth Championships in Manitoba.
