    ROCHESTER, Minn. (KTTC) – Rochester is seeing orange as construction projects pop up around the city this spring. The process is affecting several businesses along the way. Since the start of phase 2 of the Broadway North corridor construction project, all entrances in the Silver Lake Shopping Center have been closed except the entrance along 16th Street. “Which kind of just created a parking issue and access issues,” said Deborah Bebeprudoehl, store manager at Ace Hardware.

    ROCHESTER, Minn. (KTTC) – A national movement in support of sexual assault survivors is making its way to southeast Minnesota. Friday is “Take Back the Night Walk,” and Dodge and Olmsted Victim Services will be hosting a two-day event to shed light on victims of sexual abuse or violence. On Saturday, April 5, at 6 p.m., there will be a special survivor’s event, a safe space for survivors to reclaim their stories in a circle of support.
