    Rochester, MN ( KROC-AM News) - An Olmsted County judge has ordered the suppression of some of the evidence in a high profile murder case. 32-year-old Connor Bowman is charged with first-degree murder in connection with the death of his wife, 32-year-old Dr. Betty Bowman, who died in August 2023. He was also a Mayo Clinic physician and is accused of poisoning his wife with a lethal dose of a medication used to treat gout.

    Brooklyn Park, MN ( KROC-AM News) - A statewide missing person alert was issued this afternoon for a missing Twin Cities teenager. The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension says 17-year-old Jakob Jefferson Haway has not been seen since last Friday. The alert indicates he left a care home in Brooklyn Park with a bag packed with clothing. The BCA says Haway has PTSD and anxiety disorder. He is described as white, 5' 10", 135 pounds with brown hair and blue eyes.

    Rochester, MN ( KROC-AM News) - A Rochester man was sentenced today to 60 days in jail for a felony conviction stemming from an incident last summer during which he was accused of brandishing a handgun. According to Olmsted County Court records, 24-year-old Dominique DeShaun Murphy was arrested on August 7 after Rochester police responded to a report of a domestic assault.

    Rochester, MN ( KROC-AM News) - The Olmsted County Attorney's Office has dismissed the charges that were filed against a Rochester woman who was accused of threatening to kill a person who had apparently stabbed her family member. According to court records, Rochester police responded to a residence to deal with a report of harassing phone calls on New Years Eve in 2023. The report came two days after officers responded to a stabbing involving the person receiving harassing calls.
