    It has been a year since Oberweis Dairy’s new ownership regime bought the ice cream maker out of bankruptcy. The more than 100-year-old company now has new equipment and a sizable growth plan. The restaurant, called Adalina Prime, will occupy more than 6,800 square feet on the ground floor of 360 N. Green St. Real estate firm Sterling Bay developed the 24-story building, which counts Boston Consulting Group and Miami-based Greenberg Traurig, one of the largest law firms in Chicago, among its tenants.
