    After the 2023-2024 season, the Arizona Coyotes left the NHL and relocated to Salt Lake City, becoming the Utah Hockey Club. They first took to the ice in Arizona in 1996.     New skills for second chances l Community CaresThe U.S. has a high recidivism rate, with over 76% of formerly incarcerated individuals rearrested within five years of release. The good news... three-year reincarceration rates have decreased by 23% nationally since the passage of the Second Chance Act. Thirty-five percent of people exiting prison in 2008 were reincarcerated within three years, compared to 27% in 2019. Here in the Valley, a local refrigeration school is helping make a difference.
