PHOENIX (AZFamily) — Today will be our coolest day this week across much of the state. Look for a Valley high of 86 degrees, which is about six degrees below normal for this time of year in Phoenix. While winds are expected to be lighter in the Valley today, generally between 5 and 15 mph, very gusty conditions continue in eastern Arizona. A Red Flag Warning is in effect from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. today in the White Mountains north to the Chuska Mountains.
