    CHARLESTON, WV (WOWK) — A man was shot and killed on Charleston’s west side early Saturday morning, and police say they have not located a suspect. Lt. Tony Hazelett, a CPD spokesman, said the victim was Dimitri Coleman, 29, of Charleston. Hazelett said the shooting happened around 3:30 a.m. in the 400 block of Railroad Ave., when a man approached Coleman and others while they were gathered near a restaurant. The suspect “grabbed him by his neck, and shot him multiple times,” Hazelett said.
