WACO, Texas — "It was a really close call. This individual had seconds," said Game Warden Michael Serbanic, who wore a red life jacket during the rescue operation. His colleague Michael Ferguson, identifiable by his yellow life jacket, added, "Inside the cabin of his car, his head was barely out, just in that air bubble he had left." According to the rescuers, the car went completely underwater just 15 seconds after they pulled the driver to safety.

WACO, Texas — A popular Brazilian steakhouse is expanding its Texas footprint with a new location in downtown Waco, joining the city's wave of new eateries. Caso do Brasil, which originated in College Station, opened its doors on Tuesday, becoming Waco's first Brazilian steakhouse. The restaurant offers a traditional churrascaria-style dining experience where servers, known as "gauchos," carve various meats tableside.
