ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — A call for new applicants to join Highland Hospital as it is hosting a nursing job fair later this month. The U.S. Chamber of Commerce says there will be more than 193,000 nursing openings each year through 2032. However, just 177,000 new nurses are expected to enter the workforce annually during that time. Danielle Barry, the nurse recruitment manager at Highland stopped by News 8 to share more about job openings and what potential candidates should know.
