    A popular food and drink festival returns to a country estate near Sudbury today with nearly 100 stalls. Kentwell Hall, in Long Melford, is once again hosting the Taste Of East Anglia Food and Drink Festival, from 10am to 5pm. The one-day event displays the best the region has to offer, with stalls selling regional, artisan food and drink products, street food, craft ales, cocktails and plenty of fizz.

    A Sudbury-based charity which supports stroke survivors is celebrating its 25th anniversary. Success After Stroke – known as SAS – began in 2000 after five survivors were discharged from hospital and started meeting at the Bridge Project, having discovered there was little or no support for them. In 2006, the group moved to the Stevenson Centre, in Great Cornard, to keep up with its growing membership.
