YPP’s ACE Bogs (Access, Citizen science and Engagement on Bogs) project engaged the public in peatland ecology and management through volunteering (Image: submitted) AN exhibition of visual art, poetry and music inspired by peat bogs is taking place at Ilkley Manor House this month. The Yorkshire Peat Partnership (YPP) recently completed its ACE Bogs project, involving a series of artist-led workshops, and the results are on display at the Manor House from now until April 27.

On Thursday, April 24 the society has its annual general meeting, which will take place in the newly-refurbished Church House.
