MOORHEAD — Minnesota State Moorhead completed its offseason player additions after announcing the signing of guard Grace Massaquoi earlier this week. "We're done," said Dragons head women's basketball coach Karla Nelson. The 5-foot-10 Massaquoi played at North Dakota State for part of the 2023-24 season. “She’s pretty athletic," Nelson said. “She kind of fits the bill in that guard position.

MOORHEAD — Minnesota State Moorhead head men's basketball coach Jason Kemp recently scored a recruiting victory, retaining incoming recruit Sam Hondl. Hondl, from Albany, Minnesota, announced earlier this week on social media he's "locked in" with the Dragons. "That was huge for us," said Kemp, who was introduced as the program's new head coach last Friday.

MOORHEAD — Minnesota State Moorhead added size and shooting to its women's basketball program. The Dragons announced this week they signed two transfer players in 6-foot-2 forward Brylie Schultz and 5-foot-8 guard Greta Hillukka. Schultz started her college career at NCAA Division II Northern State, while Hillukka played for Mayville State, an NAIA program. “For now, unless something intriguing pops up, I think our roster is set," said Dragons head coach Karla Nelson.
