FARGO, N.D. (Valley News Live) - A former NDSU Bison football player was sentenced Thursday after pleading guilty to drug trafficking charges. Colter Pritchard was sentenced to five years in prison and fined $200 for “conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute” and distributing a controlled substance. Colter Pritchard(Cass County Jail)Pritchard was arrested in Feburary 2024 for his involvement in a drug trafficking ring. Pritchard joined the Bison in 2014.

GRAND FORKS, N.D. (Valley News Live) - A Grand Forks County couple has been charged with child neglect after their one-year-old tested positive for cocaine and marijuana. According to court documents, the charge against Erik and Samantha Graham comes after a home visit from the Grand Forks County Human Services Zone, back in February. During the visit, officials became concerned with the physical well-being of the Graham’s six children who were eventually removed from the home.

FARGO, N.D. (Valley News Live) - Valley News Live has confirmed more information on a drug investigation that led to the arrest of nine people in North Dakota, South Dakota, and Minnesota. VNL first reported in May that federal officials had made several arrests tied to a search in Oakes, ND on May 16th. Federal officials later told us that we’d be receiving a press release “soon”. That still hasn’t happened.
