WEAU is a television station affiliated with NBC, serving the Western Wisconsin area and based in Eau Claire. It transmits in high definition digital format on UHF channel 38 from a transmitter located north of Fairchild, near the border of Eau Claire and Clark Counties. The station is owned by Gray Television and operates its studios on South Hastings Way/U.S. 53 Business in Altoona, which has an Eau Claire mailing address.     KEITHVILLE, La. (KSLA/Gray News) – The mother of a 2-year-old girl who was killed in a murder-suicide that left three others dead is at a loss for why it happened. Kara Hanning, the mom of 2-year-old Adalynn Mae Sadler, said she wouldn’t wish this tragedy on anybody. On May 5, the Caddo Parish Sheriff’s Office was called out to a home in Keithville, Louisiana, to do a welfare check. When deputies got there, they said Adalynn’s grandfather, 60-year-old Leroy Sadler, refused to communicate with them.

    MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) - A Madison man charged in a school shooting committed by his daughter posted bond on Monday, a notification through the Wisconsin Department of Corrections indicated. Jeffrey Rupnow bonded out Monday morning and was released from custody, according to WI VINE. The Dane County Sheriff’s Office confirmed Rupnow posted bond around 9:30 a.m. Monday. As of 10:10 a.m. Monday, he is no longer listed as a resident of the Dane County Jail.
