    SKOKIE, Ill. — At least two people were hospitalized after a crash late Friday night in north suburban Skokie. Investigators cleared the scene Saturday morning around 8 a.m., about 12 hours later, following a lengthy overnight investigation. Members of the North Regional Major Crimes Task Force (NORTAF) Major Crash Assistance Team (MCAT) were called to the scene to assist with sifting through a large debris field and working to piece together what happened.

(WGN) — A school board meeting in the north suburbs drew mixed reactions from parents Thursday as they weighed in on allegations that some middle school students were forced to change clothes in the presence of a transgender student.     CHICAGO (WGN) – A man trying to give his brother a life-saving kidney transplant is set to be released after spending the last month in the custody of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). Attorneys received a call on Wednesday morning informing them that 43-year-old Jose Gregorio Gonzalez would be released from custody after spending the last month at the Clay County Detention Center in Brazil, Ind., just west of Indianapolis.
