CHICAGO — An iconic Chicago building has been getting a lot of attention recently after its owner went viral on social media. Meet Tom Liravongsa — “The Skyscraper Guy” — who now owns the Pittsfield building, a historic skyscraper built nearly 100 years ago in the heart of downtown, at 55 East Washington Street. “It was the tallest tower at the time, 557 feet tall,” Liravongsa, who bought the 40-story skyscraper, says.

Even though the summer heat wasn’t back for opening day, from the wave pool to the slides, the waterpark was back open.
