HRS Benefits is aware that communications have been sent from Uniform Medical Plans about the status of the contacting efforts with some current UMP providers. These sort of notices can be concerning and cause plan participants stress. Where Health Care Authority (HCA) cannot guarantee this issue will be resolved, historically contract issues normally are resolved with no disruption to coverage.

When making your Open Enrollment Workday elections, be sure to go to the final page of the process where you are asked to save/print a confirmation page. If you do not get to this page, you have not fully submitted your election and it will not be processed. It is strongly recommended that you save/print this confirmation page for your records. If you reopen the Open Enrollment event to make a change or to confirm what you elected, you must fully submit the election again.
