    SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) — Work is currently underway on phase two of the South Veterans Parkway project, and the work of the week is ‘dirt’. Specifically, 1.2 million cubic yards of dirt which Sioux Falls principal engineer Mike Heiberger says is being stripped and hauled out of the site. Heiberger says the contractor got started on the project around the end of March/beginning of April.
