GLENDALE, Ariz. — Glendale is feeling the need for speed. The city welcomed the newest location of Andretti Indoor Kart and Games to a crowd who were ready to put the pedal to the metal. A celebration was held in Glendale on Tuesday as Mario Andretti and his family opened the new facility to the public. "This is it," Andretti said. "This is the facility that finally made it here to Glendale.

GOODYEAR, Ariz. — A piece of history can be seen in Goodyear for the next few days. The B-29 DOC is one of only two remaining Superfortress Bombers in the world that can fly, and people will have to opportunity to see it in action. "DOC flew for the active-duty Air Force from 1945-1956," Chief Pilot Mark Novak said. "This is a two-of-a-kind aircraft." At 99-feet long with just over a 141-foot wingspan, the B-29 DOC has quite the story. "It has a wonderful story," Novak said.

CAVE CREEK, Ariz. — A 14-foot Transformer has popped up at a busy Cave Creek intersection and is quickly becoming a viral sensation. "My daughter walked up and just said, 'Wow!'" said Gabriella Fryer. "They said, 'This is huge, Mom! This is amazing!'" Jill Zook said about her children. This 14-foot statue, depicting Bumblebee from Transformers, popped up last week on the corner of Cave Creek and the Carefree Highway, and has since caused quite a buzz.
