October 8, 2024 at 9:38 AMThe 25 Best Glutes Exercises to Build Your ButtHenk Badenhorst - Getty ImagesThe glutes are your body's largest and most powerful muscle group. They contract to move your hips in every direction, powering you up, down, forward, backward, and side-to-side. And since they're big, working them can increase your metabolic rate. But spending so much time parked on your butt has caused your glutes muscles to stop firing.

The On Cloud X 4 continues building upon the popular Cloud X cross-training shoes. This model features a few core updates that somewhat fly under the radar, and if you look at On’s product page, they don’t do the best job talking about them. “Best workout shoes for women” Written by a man. *what people are saying* People = NY Mag & Forbes 😂😂 https://t.co/bSRY29psCX

I’m a one man band at That Fit Friend, but here’s the reality. I only write 1-2x articles a week anymore. I miss writing, but my energy is better spent with video creation, the retail space, and shoe. That’s how I have time. Let the scrapers feed on some other shallow content.

@AsjadAamir Dude…it’s BRUTAL at times. Now that I’m launching the store and shoe, too, I’ve pivoted a lot more energy to those and YouTube. I only write 1-2x articles a week anymore. It’s just not worth it, which stinks because I love writing, but we can thank the algos for that.

“What people are saying” No, this is not what PEOPLE are saying. This is what media companies are saying. What’s the point of this snippet if it’s only going to highlight big brands, who are notorious for fake/shite reviews? Glance this content. Shoes are not even touched. https://t.co/VwwvkvI9YD
