Now that spring is here, it's time for the resumption of an ongoing construction project on Interstate 229 in Sioux Falls. Beginning Monday (April 7) the latest phase of the interchange reconstruction work at Cliff Avenue (Exit 4) will begin with the installation of additional lighting, signals, and mainline Interstate work. The interchange will be reconstructed as a single-point urban interchange, which will include two structural replacements.
