    SHREVEPORT, La. - Early in their investigation after the murder of Billy Jamison, Shreveport police say two names quickly popped up on their radar.  "We had some suspects' names right from the very beginning," said Cpl. Chris Bordelon, with Shreveport Police. The two names, brothers Kelvin and Larry Lewis.  “Our detectives worked this case for 72 hours straight and had to vet a lot of information,” says Bordelon.
