    December 17, 1942 – June 2, 2025Geraldine Christine Schmall, age 82, of Rochester, Minnesota, passed peacefully on June 2nd at Saint Mary’s Hospital after a sudden illness (cerebral hemorrhage). Geri spent her final moments with her daughter Shona and her  friend/caregiver Lia Ulrich, before entering the kingdom of heaven. Geri was born in Hazen, North Dakota on December 17, 1942 to Erwin and Rhea Benz.
