    PHOENIX — CRUjiente Tacos, a modern taqueria in east Phoenix, served its last meals over the weekend after failing to extend its lease. “After weeks and months of trying, our most recent attempt to secure a lease in our current space was denied,” executive chef Rich Hinojosa wrote in a social media post last week. CRUjiente Tacos, which opened at 40th Street and Camelback Road in 2016, was originally slated to close at the end of April after its lease expired.

    PHOENIX – An investigation is underway after a body was found on Interstate 10 in Phoenix on Tuesday morning, authorities said. A state trooper “determined there were human remains belonging to an individual who had been struck by multiple vehicles,” Arizona Department of Public Safety spokesman Raul Garcia said in a media advisory.
