Elias Alves Olivera, who is of Kingsland in Shotley, appeared before Suffolk Magistrates' Court in Ipswich on March 18. He was charged with driving without third party insurance, driving a vehicle otherwise than in accordance with a licence and having a child passenger who was not wearing a seatbelt.

Dwayne Edwards and Jasmin Ellis appeared before Suffolk Magistrates' Court on April 15. The pair, both of Ipswich, were both charged with two counts of fraud by false representation.

Before Suffolk Magistrates' Court on Friday was Thomas Jeffery, of Horseman Court in Martlesham Heath. He was charged with 16 counts of criminal damage after windows in addresses such as Princes Street, Tavern Street, Queen Street, Friars Street, Coytes Gardens, Falcon Street and Great Colman Street.

Luisa Edwards and Andrew King have lodged plans with Mid Suffolk District Council for the land off Upper Street in Baylham. According to planning documents, the applicants bought the land last December and have been keeping ponies there. There are also plans to build a home at the site.
