Andrew Warne was before Suffolk Magistrates' Court on April 22. He was charged with assault by beating, inflicting grievous bodily harm without intent and criminal damage, with a court listing confirming all incidents took place on September 30 last year.

Before Suffolk Magistrates' Court on April 17 was Levi Buckley, who is of Sidegate Lane in Ipswich. He was charged with driving a motor vehicle with a proportion of a specified controlled drug above the specified limit.

The man, believed to be a diver for Dutch firm SMIT Salvage, died on Friday and an investigation will look into what happened, the PA news agency was told.

Ipswich man Carl Fisher appeared before Suffolk Magistrates' Court last month, having been charged with two offences. These were using a motor vehicle on a road without third party insurance and driving a motor vehicle while above the alcohol level limit.
