The bill didn’t have time to pass during last year’s session, so Roemer reintroduced it again this year.

Now she has filed a federal lawsuit against Sheriff Kandy Fatheree and Summit County. Stacy Clark admits she supported sheriff Kandy Fatheree’s opponent in last fall’s election. “The community needs to know what the sheriff is doing,” said Stacy Clark. Clark has devoted her life to both her country and community.

That officer has since been fired ― but city officials say it’s not because of this incident.     CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) - A national law enforcement association announced that violent crimes have gone down in all three of Ohio’s major cities, including Cleveland. However, when compared to last year, there’s one violent crime that has gone up. With the reported reduction in major crimes, Mayor Justin Bibb feels things are looking up. ”Homicides are down over 20%,” said Bibb. “Every department in the City of Cleveland is working to keep our streets safe,”.
