Home prices have been cooling or even falling in some areas of the country, including Phoenix, according to a Washington Post analysis of home value data from the mortgage technology division of Intercontinental Exchange. From February 2024 to February 2025, prices for single-family homes have grown by more than 2.7% nationally.
