Where have we seen this movie before? Right, it was just a year ago. Oregon State men’s basketball season ends, transfer portal opens, the roster empties. There was ultimately a happy ending, as OSU coaches found replacements on the international trail that led to a 20-win season. The Beavers are watching another not-so thriller play out again this spring. What looked like a men’s basketball roster that could do real damage in 2025-26 is no more.

What looked like an easy Saturday night for No. 8 Oregon State turned out to test the Beavers’ nerves in a 17-10 win over Cal State Fullerton. A win seemed all but secure after the Beavers’ 12-run third inning. But the home team Titans chipped away, cutting the deficit to four during the bottom of the seventh before OSU pulled away. The win, Oregon State’s fifth consecutive, clinched the series for the Beavers (25-7).

Oregon State forward Parsa Fallah intends to enter the transfer portal, a source told The Oregonian/OregonLive. The 6-foot-9 forward, who has one year of eligibility remaining, is the third Oregon State starter, and fourth player overall, to opt for the transfer portal. Fallah joins junior forward Michael Rataj and junior guard Nate Kingz, who entered the portal earlier this week, as well as sophomore guard DaJohn Craig. kAmu2==29[ H9@ A=2J65 :?
