    WICHITA, Kan. (KSNW) – A man has been charged in connection with a deadly crash that happened back on March 8. On Wednesday, Tony E. Epps, Jr. was charged with murder in the second degree, unintentional but reckless, and driving while suspended, according to Sedgwick County District Court documents. According to the police, on March 8, they responded to a crash involving two men at the intersection of Maple and Osage. One of the men, identified as Rockney G. Lindemann, died at the scene.

    WICHITA, Kan. (KSNW) – Work is underway to repair damage from a sinkhole on one of Haysville’s streets. The sinkhole formed around 2 a.m. Wednesday in the 200 block of Sarah Lane, which is south of Riggs Park. The City of Haysville says flooding from Cowskin Creek washed out the solid and caused about a 15-foot section of road to collapse. The collapse also caused a water main to break. Crews have repaired the water main and are now starting to repair the road.

    WICHITA, Kan. (KSNW) – The statewide Silver Alert that was issued for a missing Wichita woman Wednesday has been canceled. The 70-year-old was last seen on foot in the 6900 block of West O’Neil, near North Ridge Road, on Wednesday morning.     WICHITA, Kan. (KSNW) – The Wichita Police Department said a 59-year-old woman has been arrested in connection with a deadly shooting early Tuesday. The shooting happened at The Market convenience store at 21st and Minnesota around 3:15 a.m. When officers arrived, they found Darries Mitchell, 33, of Wichita, had been shot and was not responsive. He later died at the hospital.
