    Completing Phase 2 of the Clarion Community Center on Second Avenue renovation has encountered stumbling blocks, including finding a permanent tenant building as well as getting the necessary funding to complete the second phase of the project. Clarion County Housing Authority Executive Director Penny Campbell informed the Clarion County Housing and Community Development Corp. board at its meeting late last month that one of those hurdles might be getting cleared directly.

    I can honestly say, if there is one thing I have an affinity for it is mass media entertainment and part of my mass media love is movies. However, I am not one of those cinephiles who looks down on people who like movies that aren’t critically acclaimed. Like if your favorite movie is something the critics trashed like the movie “Celtic Pride”, I’m not going to hold it against you. There is a writer Chuck Klosterman who derides those who like things that are popular in the mainstream.
