    SCOTTSDALE, AZ (AZFamily) — Wednesday marks one week since a woman went missing and was later found dead on a popular Scottsdale hiking trail. Hannah Moody, 31, was last seen at the Gateway Trailhead of the McDowell Sonoran Preserve. Her body was found more than 24 hours after her hike, nearly a half mile off the trailhead. Hannah’s mom, Terri Moody, describes her daughter as free-spirited, a helper, and a true friend. She loved fitness, was a former bodybuilder, and an avid hiker.

    SCOTTSDALE, AZ (AZFamily) — Scottsdale police detailed Tuesday how they believe seven members of an organized international crime ring originating out of South America allegedly carried out a string of Valley home burglaries. Burbank, California, police first tipped off the Scottsdale Police Department, warning that a crew suspected in similar burglaries across Oregon, Washington, and California may be headed to Arizona. Court documents describe a coordinated scheme that they stuck to.

Residents of Adora Trails say that despite efforts to keep cattle out, the animals keep finding their way in. It’s been going on for some time with no solution. Arizona’s Family reported the problem in February 2024. “It’s everywhere. There’s poop everywhere,” Josh Havens said.
