The rural broadband provider Airband launched its new TV ad campaign ‘What do they know?’ on 25 June, challenging stereotypes about life in the countryside. The campaign was created by London creative agency The Corner who worked with Andrew Rae for the ad’s illustrations. The ad also features the voiceover of BAFTA award-winning comedy actor Charlie Cooper characterised as a duck addressing misconceptions associated with connectivity in the country.

Pride in London, Outernet, and The Independent have partnered to launch the #WeAreEverywhere exhibition. Launching on 12 June at Outernet London, the free exhibition will showcase resurfaced images from The Independent’s extensive archive of LGBTQ+ changemakers. This will be the first time that The Independent has had a physical exhibition of its LGBTQ+ photo collection.
