Ethan has special needs, but that doesn’t stop him from playing his favorite sport. The Brecksville teen’s been wowing the crowds with his half-court shot for years. His love for the game also includes being a part of the Achievement Centers for Children’s Junior Cavs Adapted Basketball League.

The African American woman in her early 40s says she never thought she could have a baby. ”I never thought that I would have a child, but, she’s here,” describes La’Toria Burfitt. La’Toria’s pregnancy was considered high-risk. According to the American Heart Association, Black women with heart disease face a higher chance of having a stroke or developing high blood pressure or other complications during or after pregnancy.

It is a lesson in child abuse prevention by protecting kids on social media platforms and beyond. “Sometimes people just don’t know what to do in a scary situation, because you’re just so overwhelmed by what’s happening. You just get really uncomfortable,and when you’re uncomfortable it’s difficult to deal with,” explains sixth grader Zahra.
