The Birmingham Business Journal is a weekly publication that focuses on business news in Birmingham, Alabama. It was established in 1983 by Tina Verciglio-Savas and joined the American City Business Journals family in 1999. This newspaper covers business developments not only in Birmingham but throughout the state of Alabama. The Birmingham Business Journal is part of American City Business Journals, which is owned by Advance Publications, the same company that publishes The Birmingham News.
