Although it has "free" in its name, the newspaper primarily focuses on news from south Buckinghamshire, with a special emphasis on High Wycombe, Amersham, Princes Risborough, and Beaconsfield, instead of covering the entire county.

    At around 1am, crews from High Wycombe, Marlow, Princes Risborough, Beaconsfield, Maidenhead, Amersham and Eynsham attended the scene at Hawes Recycling Centre along Coronation Road. According to Bucks Fire and Rescue, ‘smoke was issuing from a warehouse, around 80 by 60 metres in size’ when the firefighters arrived at the building, which is based within the Cressex Business Park. Thames Valley Police were also present as they cordoned off the road from the public.
