The pile of refuse was collected by the street cleaning crews after being extinguished. This is the third similar fire which has taken place in the past month. In all cases the crew was unharmed, and the fire was extinguished before substantially damaging the vehicles. It is believed the fire this morning on the corner of Lees Road and Long Furlong Drive in Britwell, was caused by a lithium-ion battery contained within a disposable vape.

Baldeep was last seen in the early hours of May 11 (Image: TVP) Concerns are growing as a 27-year-old man from Slough has been reported missing. Baldeep was last seen at around 4.30am on Sunday, May 11, along Wexham Road. He is around five feet 11 inches tall, of slim build, and is of South Asian descent with a small amount of facial hair. He also has a shaved head and shaved eyebrows. He was last seen wearing a black baseball cap, black shirt or jacket and grey trousers.

Loon Tin received their score at the end of March (Image: Maps) A popular Chinese restaurant in Slough has received a low food hygiene score following a recent inspection. Loon Tin, which is situated along Willoughby Road in the town, was visited by Slough Borough Council on March 31. The inspectors were not too keen on what they saw, as they gave the establishment a score of 2/5.

The restaurant is based along Peascod Street (Image: Pixabay) A popular restaurant in Windsor has received a new food hygiene rating following a recent inspection. The Park Bistro, which is along Peascod Street in the town, were visited by inspectors from the Royal Borough of Windsor & Maidenhead Council on April 22. They were impressed with what they saw, as they gave the establishment a score of 5/5 – the highest rating possible.
