Elizabeth line passengers have been warned of ‘severe delays’ on services between London Paddington and Reading due to a power outage. National Rail (TfL) has said the outage, between Abbey Wood and Paddington, has caused cancellations and near hour-long delays expected to last until at least 7pm.
