KSFM-FM (Sacramento, CA)
KSFM (102.5 MHz) is a commercial FM radio station that caters to the Sacramento, California area with a rhythmic contemporary music format. Although the transmitter and city of license are situated in Woodland, Yolo County, the station's studios and offices are located at 5345 Madison Avenue in Sacramento. KSFM is part of Entercom's portfolio, which also includes several other stations in the Sacramento region, such as KIFM, KKDO, KRXQ, KSEG, and KUDL. From 2006 to 2010, KSFM promoted itself with the slogan "Sacramento's #1 Station for Hip-Hop and R&B." After that period, the station adopted a new slogan, simply "1025," and expanded its music selection to include a wider array of R&B, hip hop, and rhythmic pop tracks. Entercom markets KSFM as a rhythmic top 40 station, appealing to a diverse audience.

A 43-year-old Winona woman was arrested Thursday morning in connection to the 2011 death of an infant known as "Baby Angel."The Winona County Sheriff's Office said the woman was taken into custody on suspicion of second-degree manslaughter and that her arraignment was set for 11 a.m. in Winona County District Court. A press conference detailing what led to the arrest is planned for 12:30 p.m.Baby Angel was found in the Mississippi River on September 5, 2011.

A drain worker who was stuck for several hour in a 14-foot hole in Minneapolis was rescued early Thursday morning by Minneapolis fire rescue crews and the St. Paul Fire Rescue Squad. Around 9:28 p.m. Wednesday Minneapolis fire crews were called out on a report that a worker with a private company was stuck in a hole located in the front of 3848 13th Avenue South. Rescue crews found the man in a minimally shored-up hole approximately 5 x 10 feet, pinned under sand just above is waist.
