Monty, who lives at Longmeadow in Herefordshire where Gardeners' World is filmed, is urging gardeners to be cautious, and has said that one of the worst things you can do to grass in April is cut too much off the top. He says you should even be careful if your lawn is overgrown.

APPEAL: Police want to speak to this man after a sexual assault was reported at a bus stop (Image: West Mercia Police) POLICE have released a CCTV image of a man they would like to speak to after a woman was sexually assaulted while waiting for a bus. It was reported that a man approached a 21-year-old woman at the bus stop on Foregate Street, before hugging her, repeatedly kissing her on the cheek and attempting to kiss her on the lips.

Town mayor Simon Yates did the honours on Saturday (April 12) alongside town councillors Henrietta Ross and Andrea Morgan. The refurbishment of the skatepark was a joint effort between Upton Town Council and Malvern Hills District Council.

PREVIEW: Here is what Malvern's first-of-its-kind pump track could look like. WORK ON a highly-anticipated new bike pump track will finally get underway. Linda Blake, town clerk at Malvern Town Council, announced at a full council meeting that work would soon start on the new track near Adam Lee play area, with fencing having already gone up on the site. "Contractors said two weeks ago I'll be with you tomorrow," she said.

James Lonsdale, who owns Lonsdale's Fresh Produce on Worcester Road, is moving to a new premises on Bellevue Terrace. Alongside his partner Samantha Moore, he will be opening a new greengrocer's and café. "I currently have a greengrocer's at Link Top," Mr Lonsdale said. "I am a bit nervous.
