    MISSING: Mitzy (Image: Dudley Police) POLICE have launched an appeal to find a missing 14-year-old with links to the Black Country. Dudley Police are appealing for help to find Mitzy, who was last seen on Sunday afternoon (June 15). Mitzy, who is from Birmingham, is known to frequent the Wednesbury and Dudley areas, according to officers. In an appeal, they said: "Have you seen Mitzy, aged 14, who’s missing from Birmingham?

    Asif Majid, from Brierley Wholesale Superstore, has been refused a change of use planning application because planners say he is not providing enough parking spaces at the site. Mr Majid asked the council to remove conditions limiting the store to selling ‘vintage retro collectables, antiques and local craft items’ and operating a small tea room, which were linked to an approved planning application dating back to 2016.
