Totally Uniform has completely refurbished the shop on the corner of Peckingham Street and Hagley Street. It opened for the first time this morning (Wednesday April 23) to the welcome sight of people waiting to get in to have a look around.

Fifteen vehicles were reported for not having seatbelts, illegal tints, being in a dangerous condition and having no tax in Halesowen. Officers from Halesowen's Neighbourhood policing team were out on Manor Way and Long Lane conducting a traffic operation yesterday (Tuesday April 22).

Hobbycraft has announced plans to shut at least nine stores across the UK (Image: Jonathan Brady/PA) ARTS and crafts retailer Hobbycraft has announced plans to shut at least nine stores across the UK in a move affecting up to 126 jobs. Owner Modella Capital, which bought the retailer last August, has launched a restructure. Yesterday (Tuesday April 22) Hobbycraft said nine stores will stop trading by mid-July, affecting between 72 and 126 jobs.

School wear shop Totally Uniform has completely refurbished the unit since family business Dancers, on the corner of Peckingham Street and Hagley Street, closed in December. It is inviting the community to its grand opening tomorrow (Wednesday April 23, from 11am till 3pm.

Police loading items from the address into a van (Image: Handout) HUNDREDS of cannabis plants were discovered at an address in Rowley Regis after police were called to reports of a break-in. More than 200 cannabis plants were found by police after they responded to reports of a break-in on Blackberry Lane. Officers can be seen on video loading items into a police van. The discovery was made at around 10.30pm on April 14. Police are investigating and no arrests have yet been made.
