Mindful

Mindful is a non-profit organization focused on promoting mindfulness. Our goal is to inspire, guide, and connect individuals interested in mindfulness, helping them achieve improved health, deeper relationships, and a more compassionate world. As a prominent voice in the growing mindfulness community, Mindful serves as a resource for insights, information, and inspiration, encouraging everyone to lead a more mindful life. We offer a variety of resources, including our primary bi-monthly publication, Mindful magazine, and our website, mindful.org. Additionally, we host conferences and collaborate on projects that support both those eager to learn about mindfulness and the leaders striving to integrate authentic mindfulness practices into everyday life.
