Lucci, 33, coercively controlled Stephanie, from Leigh, over the course of their relationship, including putting trackers in her car and smashing her phone against the wall. After she split up with him, he then stalked her, despite having been told not to make contact.

This is part of a national initiative to create more than 8 million new GP appointments this year. The initiative is part of Labour's Plan for Change, which aims to modernise over 1,000 GP surgeries across the country. The refurbishments are intended to increase capacity and improve patient care.

James Kennedy (Image: GMP) THE family of a man who died following a collision in Leigh last week have paid tribute to him. James Kennedy, 47, was seriously injured when a car collided with him at around 8am on Thursday, May 1 on Henry Street. He was taken to hospital but later died on May 3. His family are being supported by specialist officers at this time.

At around 2pm on Monday, April 28, a cyclist was riding along a long and straight single-carriageway on Ridge Road, near Micklefield on the outskirts of Leeds, when he was involved in a collision with a white Volkswagen Golf travelling in the same direction.
