A spokesperson explained the site has not been open to the public for over ten years and response officers have always been based in Paisley police station. A total of 42 incidents were responded to by Police Scotland between Tuesday, March 18, and Monday, April 28, according to new figures. Sixteen related to unrest at licensed premises in Paisley town centre after patrons caused a disturbance over being refused entry or ejected by staff.
