    About eight months after its abrupt closure, the Garden Theatre is welcoming back guests. The city of Winter Garden will host a Summer Flix at the Garden movie series beginning with “Encanto” at 10 a.m. Tuesday, June 10, at the theater, 160 W. Plant St., Winter Garden.     Orange County will use $85 million in federal disaster relief funding to help several local government jurisdictions with flood mitigation efforts and infrastructure projects.
