As we head into the Easter weekend, some of us will be treating ourselves or loved ones to a chocolate egg or two. There might even be an egg hunt, or rolling painted eggs down a hill. Most of the traditions of Easter have remained the same, but one trend seems to have disappeared. Back in the 80s and 90s chocolate eggs seemingly all came in a mug. I still have a Terry’s Chocolate Orange one, but they were available for all kinds of brands of chocolate from Creme egg and Smarties to Yorkie.

Legally this spirit can’t be called whisky, since its unique production method does not fit within the scope of the defined exclusive processes for whisky or any other spirit drink category.
